Still Going!
Marc, Dallin, and Tyler descending. I was surprised at how quickly they went through the whole process. We arrived around 8:30 am and they were completely done before 9:30. It looked like they had fun though and they all survived the experience and I know a couple of them said they'd like to do it more often. Whatever. I'll keep my feet on the ground, thankyouverymuch.
Our next stop was Turtle Beach again. If you can't see what MF is looking at...click on the picture to enlarge. This turtle came so close! We were pretty excited!
We stopped at a Shrimp Shack to get garlic shrimp (and they mean GARLIC!) before heading to Matsumoto's for famous Shave Ice. We like ours with ice cream in the bottom (reminiscent of Bahama Buck's Bahama Rama Mama...still our favorite) but you can get them with Azuki beans too. The "boys", as MF calls them, all just stuck with a regular ice with flavoring.
After that we went to the Dole Plantation. We rode the train and took the garden tour (which I had never done). I took this picture of a tree because I liked all the colors in the bark.
Well that's it for now. M, D, & T went off to see the Temple and the Polynesian Cultural Center so MF and I are going to go take a walk over to our friends' house. Hope everyone is having a good day!

I'm a feet-on-the-ground kind of girl, too! ;)
Right now.
Lucky!
