I finally have my camera back! Now I can post a bunch of stuff! Kauai was sadly too short of a trip but SO much fun! Of course, the guys were there to work but they soon found that there was only about a half-day's work on the whole island, if that. The hotel (the Hilton) was amazing and I could have stayed there for the two days if the guys had had a ton of work, but they didn't so I went with them wherever they went. So here are a few highlights:

A little cove as seen from the road.

Me, while the guys were golfing (another post).

John and I. He has GOT to get new glasses (his new ones were lost in the ocean while boogie boarding).

Some farmlands...also as seen from the road.

The guys: John, Josh, and Steve. In a huge cave where the water looked completely disgusting and had signs of warning not to touch the water because of some disease. Nice huh? The cave was still impressive.

The Blowhole. During high tide, the waves hit and shoot out this hole. It was cool, but way too much hype about it.

Train cars at a plantation near the hotel. We didn't stop though.

You can't see it very well but I just thought this...uh...whatever looked neat.

One of the many beautiful views from the golf course.

See the waterfall at the top of the mountain? What you can't see as well are the little waterfalls in each of the little valleys coming down the mountain.
We stopped in this little town on the North shore and had lunch. This town was so cute and beautiful! The shops were so touristy but way fun looking. All in all, the trip was great and I can't wait to go back! My
favorite island so far!
