I'd like to thank my neighbor...

for inviting all her extremely loud and obnoxious friends over and making it so I am not only awake at 1:30 am, but also for providing something to blog about. Here's the reason why I can't sleep (pretty much sound only):

p.s. Blogger sure seems to upload videos a lot faster in the middle of the night.

Update: Around 3 I finally called the police and asked if they would just go ask them to keep the noise down (at that point, if I went over there I'm not sure I could have been nice about it). A couple of the guys there tried to leave but apparently the cop was out there and they were nervous about what their blood alcohol levels might be if he pulled them over (which he probably would have done). Why people? I just don't get it! What is the attraction? Anyway, MF got up at 6:45 so I'm basically running on just over 3 hours of sleep...hopefully the Sunbeams (my 4 year old church class) will be good today.

when we were over there Friday and we left and were walking to our car the area in between your building and the next had 3 empty cigarette packages and at least 6 empty bottle of liquor, so last night can not be the first time they had a "LATE Night!" I am glad they lie by you and not me! I also would have called the MP's a lot sooner!!

Hey I actually met that neighbor. He has a 4 year-old daughter right? We came over to visit you but you weren't home so we just played at the park in front of your house. Your neighbors were at the park.

we had the same kind of night last night. seriously i went out in my jammies and told those witches to shut up cause it was 215am and they had kept us up since about 11pm. i just about dropped my jaw when i read this blog cause i think that my neighbors konw your neighbors... SERIOUSLY! oh well i called the office and told them what was going on. So Monday is going to suck for them!

I knew understood that type of life style. Even before I joined the church I just was so annoyed with those choices I saw others engaged in like your experience. Glad that MF didn't wake-up to that.

Heather: I should have called them sooner, I just never have before so #1 I had to search for their number, and #2 I had to talk myself into it.

Kate: probably not the same neighbor...this neighbor only has a 15 month old girl (who was up with them all night). my neighbor does have a friend that comes over with a 4 year old boy.

Becky: I feel your pain.

Gretchen: MF sleeps through EVERYTHING. John sleeps through most things, but he doesn't sleep through me jumping out of bed every few minutes because it sounds like they are throwing things at our windows.

millie: primary went about normal. the other teacher was sick so I had 10 kids to myself and almost cried several times...not because of the kids but because that's what I do when I'm tired. Over all I think it went well. I sure slept well last night! :0)

Nearly 5 weeks...

I've been told I need to update the blog so here are several pictures of little Star. She is now just over 11 lbs. and just shy of 23" long. She is just a bit big. Miss Fabulous was nearly 4 months old before she got as big as our Star! She is fun and really cuddly. She really loves to eat (thus the big size!) and sleep but seems to be wanting to be on the move. John has dubbed her "Scooter" because she is never where we put her. She rolled over from her back to her tummy the other day! Still not great at night...sometime she just wants to be awake, but last night she slept 7 hours straight and I'm hoping its the beginning of a trend! Miss Fabulous just LOVES her little sister and is always trying to help. MF is doing a little better in school with a lot of help from her teacher and some from us at home. We are starting her in a program at school where they help children deal with transition, which seems to be the biggest part of her problem. The progr...
