Good Mail and GirlyDos

I just received some Good Mail last week from Becky! Thanks Becky! Here's what arrived:
I am super grateful for everything however I'm mostly excited about the brushes...Miss Fabulous took the scissors to all my brushes about a month ago and I have been lamenting them ever since.
I hope everyone who participated in our Good Mail Swap had a great time and I look forward to doing it again!
On another note...I just found this GirlyDos blog and thought I'd attempt one of her dos on Miss Fabulous! I thought it turned out nicely. MF has such thin hair that its really difficult to do much plus we are growing out her bangs so I'm doing whatever I can to keep them out of her eyes. I've also been told SheDoesHair is great and that there's a list of other hair blogs on there if you're looking for ideas.

This is an incomplete list of the things I'm trying to do before December 15. I know I'm missing a few things but you get the idea. I wish I had more time, but at the same time, I know I would just waste it and end up doing everything at the last minute anyway. Nearly 5 weeks...

I've been told I need to update the blog so here are several pictures of little Star. She is now just over 11 lbs. and just shy of 23" long. She is just a bit big. Miss Fabulous was nearly 4 months old before she got as big as our Star! She is fun and really cuddly. She really loves to eat (thus the big size!) and sleep but seems to be wanting to be on the move. John has dubbed her "Scooter" because she is never where we put her. She rolled over from her back to her tummy the other day! Still not great at night...sometime she just wants to be awake, but last night she slept 7 hours straight and I'm hoping its the beginning of a trend! Miss Fabulous just LOVES her little sister and is always trying to help. MF is doing a little better in school with a lot of help from her teacher and some from us at home. We are starting her in a program at school where they help children deal with transition, which seems to be the biggest part of her problem. The progr...
