The latest

Yesterday we tried curlers for the first time. Miss Fabulous was pretty good about it and was impressed by the curls afterward.

Miss Fabulous with curlers.

The result. Unfortunately some of the hair was really wet when I put them in so there wasn't consistent curlage, but it still looked pretty cute.

Then, during primary, the kids were asked to draw an experience they had had with the priesthood. The Sunbeams were having a hard time so we just asked them to draw a picture of their dads. By the way, I was in Primary because #1 its more fun, and #2 Miss Fabulous was being a stinker yesterday. So anyway, MF draws a picture of her dad on one side and then a picture of me on the other side. Then she writes MOM on it. Wow! Yep, she figured it out on her own and had started writing DE by her picture of John when time was up and they took the crayon from her. Today she wanted to write so she got out supplies and started. Here's what she did:

That IS a paper towel. I guess it was handy. After she wrote on and hung up her paper towel, she then asked me for paper. Silly thing.

This picture is me on the left and John on the right with the words MOM, DEA (dad), and SODOS (sodas). I walked by with a soda bottle in my hand halfway through her writing dad.

This pretty much says the same thing the paper towel did. GRAMO *HEART HEART* (loves) FAEWES. (I don't know what the TIE means) All of these were written with a pink marker. She won't even look at any other color.

I love the way Fae's hair turned out with the curlers!! I wonder if Hannah would let me do that.....hmm...maybe if I told her it would make her look like a Princess??!! :)

And WOW! I'm impressed with her writing skills!! Too cute!

Wow! That's awesome! Maybe "tie" is tired? Maybe it's the beginnings of tea party. AMAZING!
