Star Status
Today we went to Star's 4 month appointment. She is now 16 lbs 8 oz and 26.5" long. She "talks" quite a bit, spits even more, squeals and laughs like crazy, and is now trying to fake a cough. She is a super happy baby most of the time...as long as she's fed a lot and able to look around whenever she's awake. She sleeps at least 10 solid hours at night and has at least one 3 hour nap during the day. She is starting to grab things and put them in her mouth. She LOVES Miss Fabulous and, although she's not much of a snuggler, she likes daddy best when going to sleep. She is such a funny girl and we just love her to pieces.

Not the best picture but probably the most recent one of our little Star.
Miss Fab's self portrait. Shhhh...don't tell. We got her her own camera for Christmas. I'm thinking of helping her start up a blog with her own pictures. It would be private, but I think she'd have fun with it and it would help her with her spelling (yes, I know she's only 5 but this is right up her alley!).

And lastly, our Community Center put on a Christmas party for the children and this is one of the better shots of the girls with Santa. Star kept trying to sit up and MF just wanted to pull faces. He was a really cute and jolly Santa though. We have another party tomorrow morning and yet another one next Saturday so we'll see if we get a better picture.
Not the best picture but probably the most recent one of our little Star.
Here are a couple pictures of the waves on the north shore. We went up early on Sunday morning and just enjoyed watching these waves come in. I know they were a whole lot bigger on Monday and Tuesday but we are not crowd people and it was nice to have the peacefulness along with the beauty of the waves and the chill in the air. Well...it was chilly for us anyway.
