A hunting we will go

Our library had an Easter Egg hunt for the kids. Miss Fabulous was at school so she missed out on this one, but Star got to snatch eggs on her own and I think she did a fine job! She didn't get a lot since there were older kids that were quite greedy (stuffing pockets and shirts after their baskets were filled beyond capacity) but she did get just enough for a little tiny girl.

The wind was quite chilly so she snuggled with her daddy while we waited for the "hunt" to begin.
Ready, set, GO!


After a few minutes she realized she could open the eggs and there was candy or stickers inside.She was sweet and offered eggs to the other kids.

This is an incomplete list of the things I'm trying to do before December 15. I know I'm missing a few things but you get the idea. I wish I had more time, but at the same time, I know I would just waste it and end up doing everything at the last minute anyway. Nearly 5 weeks...

I've been told I need to update the blog so here are several pictures of little Star. She is now just over 11 lbs. and just shy of 23" long. She is just a bit big. Miss Fabulous was nearly 4 months old before she got as big as our Star! She is fun and really cuddly. She really loves to eat (thus the big size!) and sleep but seems to be wanting to be on the move. John has dubbed her "Scooter" because she is never where we put her. She rolled over from her back to her tummy the other day! Still not great at night...sometime she just wants to be awake, but last night she slept 7 hours straight and I'm hoping its the beginning of a trend! Miss Fabulous just LOVES her little sister and is always trying to help. MF is doing a little better in school with a lot of help from her teacher and some from us at home. We are starting her in a program at school where they help children deal with transition, which seems to be the biggest part of her problem. The progr...
