By the way...

John and I found out we are expecting baby #3. This is a welcome surprise for us! Considering our history, we weren't sure if we wanted to jump through any more hoops to expand our family. It can be exhausting and heartbreaking.
I am now 17 weeks and we will be finding out what we are having in about 2 weeks. I will post that for sure plus put a little countdown doo-dad on here as well. I'm not sure which side I'm cheering for. I'd love to have a boy, but a girl would just be easier and cheaper right now. So I guess I will just be happy with whichever we get!
I am a little nervous. Star will be nearly 19 months old when this one is due. This is completely new territory for me! Miss Fabulous was in all-day kindergarten when Star was born. We'll see how the two little ones do together...and how well I handle it!
Sorry I'm so late posting this. John really wanted to not tell ANYONE until about 20 weeks, but I was getting a little antsy. Anyway. This is our latest BIG news!

Congratulations! Hmmm if it's a boy I wonder how much it would cost to ship 200 lbs of baby clothes across the country. I can't seem to give them away.

This is an incomplete list of the things I'm trying to do before December 15. I know I'm missing a few things but you get the idea. Nearly 5 weeks...

I've been told I need to update the blog so here are several pictures of little Star. She is now just over 11 lbs. and just shy of 23" long. She is just a bit big. Miss Fabulous was nearly 4 months old before she got as big as our Star! She is fun and really cuddly. She really loves to eat (thus the big size!) and sleep but seems to be wanting to be on the move. John has dubbed her "Scooter" because she is never where we put her. She rolled over from her back to her tummy the other day! Still not great at night...sometime she just wants to be awake, but last night she slept 7 hours straight and I'm hoping its the beginning of a trend! Miss Fabulous just LOVES her little sister and is always trying to help. MF is doing a little better in school with a lot of help from her teacher and some from us at home. We are starting her in a program at school where they help children deal with transition, which seems to be the biggest part of her problem. The progr...
