Just posting my thanks and rambling

John saw the comments from the last post and said, "Wow! Maybe we should announce a new baby more often." hehe...if only it were that simple. I would like to thank you all for your support and friendship and prayers. I'm pretty tired lately (as it should be) and haven't done much but roam around in the blogosphere not commenting. I still need to finish preparing my lesson for my class this afternoon (2:30 church ugh!) but I'm really looking forward to it, especially since they split my class and I only have 9 now. I have been cooking like crazy because my house is clean and I can. John's been doing great helping me out around the house and just filling in especially in the evening when I'm conked out on the couch. He's also been studying to take the exam for the next rank in May, planning the next golf tournament (cause somehow he's still in charge of that), and playing softball. Miss Fabulous is learning so quickly. I still can't believe she will start kindergarten this year. She is getting pretty good at sounding out words although she refuses to read with me. She does love to write me letters...most of which say, "DER MOM I (heart) YOY (heart) MF" I love them all and want to keep them all but with sometimes several per day I don't think its possible. I very much love this little girl! Thanks again to all of you! I will be in and out with posts still...this isn't a sign off. I'm just not sure how often I will be posting, not that that is unusual for me. And to conclude, here's a picture of my very cute girl doing one of her favorite things, playing with her "brella"...

By the way, her hair is not wet...she just decided she needed a LOT of detangler.

Hey, just wanted to let you know that I tried for like 20 minutes to leave a congrats comment on your last post the other day. I tried literally about 20 times, but something always went wrong: my computer would freeze, or I would get disconnected, or your "decipher this word" picture would show up as a little tiny x in a box. It was strange. Anyway, just wanted to let you know that we're so happy for you! Hope this comment posts!

ACK! I so wish Asia were starting Kind. this year...she is beyond ready!! She'll have to wait cuz her bday is Oct =<. The only + is that she and Tatum will only be one year diff in school cuz T's bday is Aug. Hopefully they will remain as close as they currently seem to be.

Nearly 5 weeks...

I've been told I need to update the blog so here are several pictures of little Star. She is now just over 11 lbs. and just shy of 23" long. She is just a bit big. Miss Fabulous was nearly 4 months old before she got as big as our Star! She is fun and really cuddly. She really loves to eat (thus the big size!) and sleep but seems to be wanting to be on the move. John has dubbed her "Scooter" because she is never where we put her. She rolled over from her back to her tummy the other day! Still not great at night...sometime she just wants to be awake, but last night she slept 7 hours straight and I'm hoping its the beginning of a trend! Miss Fabulous just LOVES her little sister and is always trying to help. MF is doing a little better in school with a lot of help from her teacher and some from us at home. We are starting her in a program at school where they help children deal with transition, which seems to be the biggest part of her problem. The progr...
