About 90% of the time...

this is what my house looks like anymore:


Laundry piled in the chair, blankets and beanbags all over the floor along with the toys, and the contents of the diaper bag strewn all around the room.

I'm currently working on this bag for my friend, Ashley. What? It just looks like a bunch of fabric and pieces of uniform? Well, it is...for now!

This morning I turned this...

into this sundress for Star. It took me about an hour. Not bad.

Here's the front. Yes, she's sitting on Miss Fabulous. Reminds me a little of the Wizard of Oz for some reason.

We have been enjoying some decent weather and got most of our garden planted. I gave myself and Dash a haircut on Saturday. Both turned out pretty good, I think. I just loaded Photoshop and I'm pretty excited to start making backgrounds again! I recently set up a FHE schedule and I'm pretty happy with it. I think it might actually work!

My house still looks like that a lot of the time! Of course, it looked like that before I had kids.
Personally I think you are doing a great job! I am amazed you found that hour to sew the dress!

Nearly 5 weeks...

I've been told I need to update the blog so here are several pictures of little Star. She is now just over 11 lbs. and just shy of 23" long. She is just a bit big. Miss Fabulous was nearly 4 months old before she got as big as our Star! She is fun and really cuddly. She really loves to eat (thus the big size!) and sleep but seems to be wanting to be on the move. John has dubbed her "Scooter" because she is never where we put her. She rolled over from her back to her tummy the other day! Still not great at night...sometime she just wants to be awake, but last night she slept 7 hours straight and I'm hoping its the beginning of a trend! Miss Fabulous just LOVES her little sister and is always trying to help. MF is doing a little better in school with a lot of help from her teacher and some from us at home. We are starting her in a program at school where they help children deal with transition, which seems to be the biggest part of her problem. The progr...
