Meeeee MeMeMe

I'm in ME mode right now. Feeling frustrated. I've been working hard at trying to eat only good things (with one day off each week) and am doing what I can to exercise. Usually that means 3 mile walk/run at 5 a.m. which I actually love. Well...I love it if Star hasn't been up all night, then I just love sleep. Anyway...so far, no change. I've only been at it for about 3 weeks so I guess I should be more patient, but really...you'd think I'd have noticed something? I think maybe I just need an attitude adjustment...or more sleep (Star).
Today is a Pajama day. My goal is to scrub the house and ignore all the piles of things that need to be gone through before we move...like the box of electronic cords. Yes, we have a whole box. I'd say just trash the whole thing but I'm pretty sure we'll need a few of them when we get to where we are going.
I AM feeling trunky. Like I just want to pack my trunks and move already. At the same time, I'm trying to get in a few last adventures in Hawaii while I still can. This means Hiking every Friday. If you live in Hawaii and have time on Fridays, you should join me. Its always more fun with friends.
My hair is beginning (or has for a while) to resemble a bush. I should get it trimmed, but I'm loving the long hair. I'm trying to embrace my fro...er, my curls. I should get it trimmed anyway. I'm just really REALLY cheap and you definitely get what you pay for when it comes to getting your hair done. So, rather than a bad cut or an empty bank account, I'm opting for the bush. For now.
I signed up to participate in the Great Aloha Run one week and one day after I turn 31. This entails getting up and out the door by 4 a.m., making my way downtown, standing around for 2 1/2 hours, walking (that's right...I'm NOT a runner. Yet.) 8.15 miles, crawling across the finish line, and dying on the floor of the stadium. It will be a wonderful sight to see, I can assure you. I may come back from the dead later in the week though. That part is still up in the air.
Miss Fabulous is the best cheerleader on her soccer team. She runs behind the girls on her team yelling, "kick it! Great Job! Go for the Goal!"
Star is rolling over, Finally. It took her a while to be able to twist that chubby body around. Now she's starting to get up on her elbows and knees and rocking. She also REALLY likes the sound of her own voice and likes to practice "talking" in the wee hours of the morning.
I guess I have procrastinated my chores long enough. Star is awake and I can make a bunch of noise. Happy Pajama Day people.

I hate moving. HATE it, which is why I hope to not have to do it ever again!
I still need to cull through and get rid of stuff though, or I will be overtaken by the clutter!
I admire your exercising and eating right. I just think about doing those things.
