Hawai'i
Here are a few pictures of Hawai'i since we've been here:
This is a partial view from the Pali lookout. It was a little chilly that day (probably in the 70s) and a LOT windy. Someday I might post the pictures of us from this day...but only John is recognizable since Fae and I have hair blowing EVERYWHERE!
This is at the pumpkin patch last year (Oct.06). It was fun but there's just something not right about picking pumpkins and wearing shorts and t-shirts. Still...at least there's something fall-ish around here.
This is around Ku'uloa point. There are signs all along here that warn of the dangers of being swept off the rocks but every time we go by there are people climbing down the rocks. This particular day there was a couple having a picnic on one of the rocks in the distance just above the water line (black line on the lower rock).

We stayed at Bellows AFB on the eastern shore for Fae's birthday this year. This was the view from the beach. This is the BEST camping in all of Hawai'i (so far).
Fae at the Visitor's Center at the Laie Temple. We love to visit there. The sisters hand out flowers for our hair and Fae loves to play on the large lawn!

We spent the 3rd of July out on the Sandbar. It was beautiful! Not much snorkeling but lots of sand and shallow water for kids to play in!

Fae and I (with 2 of our friends) went to Waimea Falls. Its about a mile walk through botanical gardens as well as the Falls themselves. The water feels great after the walk and its fun to hear so many different languages in one spot. We are definitely going again!

This is at Laie Point (not sure if that's the true name or not). It was one of the most beautiful places I've seen here. We had to keep an eye on Fae since the rock just drops straight down into the water but it was fun and next time we go we will probably take our fishing poles.
